Investing in apprenticeships isn’t just about corporate social responsibility for DSL, it is a great way for us to ensure we have a supply of skilled and talented workers who can ensure the ongoing success of the company.
Our apprenticeship programme enables young people to embark on a career in the building services industry and learn all aspects of their chosen trade. We sponsor a wide range of high-quality apprenticeships across several disciplines within building services, working towards recognised NVQ qualifications.
DSL’s apprenticeship programme has been very successful, with many of our past apprentices still part of our experienced technical team today.
